Dr. Matt Noll grew up in Rochester, Minnesota. He attended Creighton University in 1993 and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. He then was accepted at the Creighton School of Dentistry and received his D.D.S. After graduation in May 2001, he packed his bags and left Omaha for sunny Arizona. After years of hard work, he opened his own practice in 2007, Noll Family Dentistry which we have all come to call home. When he isn't caring for his patients, he is spending time with his wife and three beautiful children, or enjoying a round of golf.
Laura has been with the Noll Family Team since 2018. She began her family in the suburbs of Southwest Chicago, but moved to the Phoenix area in 2003. With over 30 years of experience in the dental field, she is bringing invaluable knowledge and experience to the office. We feel lucky to have a great leader. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her husband, visiting her 2 adult children and hanging out with her 2 puppies.

After growing up in snowy Colorado, Catie moved to the land of the sun in 2008. She graduated with her RDH from Phoenix College in 2014 and began working for Dr. Noll. Once working full time, she decided to continue her education and obtained her B.S. in Dental Hygiene from Northern Arizona University in 2016. As member of the Arizona State Dental Hygienists Association she is passionate about making positive changes in the Dental community. When she is not working you can often find her spending time with family at back yard BBQ’s and spending days on the boat.

Eduardo did his dental assisting externship in our office and was hired later as a full-time dental assistant back in 2022. Ultimately, he moved to a front desk staff position not soon after. He is currently back in school, doing his last semester of dental hygiene school, while still working with us. During his spare time outside the office, Eduardo enjoys going outdoors with his wife, spending time with family, playing the guitar, watching baseball, boxing and soccer.
